We mandate a strict engineering freeze starting at Friday 04:00 UTC and ending at Sunday 20:00 UTC.

No production deployments.
No database schema changes.
No infrastructure teardowns.

Why UTC 04:00?

Friday 04:00 UTC corresponds to Friday 17:00 in Auckland (UTC+13). This is the earliest possible start to the global weekend. We freeze the entire pipeline to protect our APAC engineers from weekend pager duty.
